NECC, The Photo Club of Clubs

The object of the New England Camera Club is to promote beneficial relationships among Camera Clubs in New England and to assist member Clubs and individuals in the conduct of their Photographic activities, to supplement and coordinate the scientific and educational efforts of Camera Clubs in New England relating to the art and science of photography... so goes the statement of purpose of NECC.

NECC provides a plethora of services among which are numerous interclub competitions.

Photographers Forum will participate in the following activities this year:
      Digital Circuit Open category,
      Digital Circuit Nature category,
      Monochrome Circuit Print category
      Interclub Color Print Competition,
      Interclub Monochrome Print Competition.
      Electronic Nature Interclub competition
      Electronic Open Interclub Competition

The two digital circuit results are supplied to each club via

CD’s that include critiques provided for each image.

PF has dedicated February 2nd 2009 for showing these images along with the monochrome print circuit images.

The Interclub competitions are judged by a host club and numerous awards are issued. Each interclub competition occurs three times per year, Fall,Winter and spring. The Fall competitions are due in October.
